Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 1 September 2025

Deepanalysis.pte.ltd ("Deepanalysis", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI Agent, specifically Ada.im. This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information collected through the Ada.im platform, and any other digital or online properties/services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").

NOTICE TO EUROPEAN USERS: Additional information for individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (collectively referred to as "Europe") is available in the Notice to European Users section below.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information through three main channels: information you provide directly, information from third-party sources, and information collected automatically. We do not request or encourage you to provide sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, health/biometric data, criminal background records, or data related to racial origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs) through the Service.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

Depending on how you interact with the Service, the personal information you may share includes:

  • Contact Details: First/last name, honorifics, email address, billing/mailing addresses, job title, company name, and phone number.
  • Account Profile Data: Username, encrypted password, team memberships, and any custom information you add to your account (e.g., profile photo, preferred language).
  • Interactive Communication Data: Records of exchanges between you and us, including messages sent via the Service, social media inquiries, or support tickets.
  • Transactional Data: Details related to Service subscriptions (e.g., plan type, renewal date, transaction history) and payment-related preferences.
  • Marketing Preference Data: Your choices for receiving marketing communications (e.g., opt-in/opt-out status) and engagement metrics (e.g., email open rates, link clicks).
  • User Input & Generated Content: Materials you upload, input, or generate through the Service—such as text prompts, photos, audio clips, videos, documents, third-party account credentials, and associated metadata (e.g., creation time, location tags, edit history).
  • Derived Data: If you use features like image-to-video conversion, avatar creation, or audio processing, we may derive non-identifiable information from your inputs (e.g., facial feature templates for avatars). While this data is not used to identify individuals, it may qualify as biometric data under certain U.S. state laws.
  • Payment Data: Card details or other payment information are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors (see Section 4.4), not by Deepanalysis.

1.2 Information from Third-Party Sources

We may combine your personal information with data obtained from trusted third parties, including:

  • Publicly Available Sources: Public records, social media profiles (if you’ve set them to public), and other open data platforms.
  • Third-Party AI Service Partners: Parts of the Service (e.g., Ada.im’s chat function, prompt processing) rely on external AI providers. These partners may infer basic user preferences from your inputs and share such insights with us to improve output accuracy.
  • Service Providers: Vendors that support our business operations (e.g., cloud hosting, customer support tools, analytics platforms) and share data necessary to fulfill their services.
  • Third-Party Login Services: If you log in using Google, Apple, or other platforms, we receive limited data (e.g., username, email) as permitted by your account settings on those services. For Google Workspace integrations, we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements).
  • Your Authorized Third Parties: If you direct us to interact with a third party (e.g., a team collaboration tool), we may receive information about you from that party.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We, our service providers, and business partners automatically log data about your device, usage patterns, and interactions with the Service, including:

  • Device Metadata: Operating system type/version, device manufacturer/model, browser type, screen resolution, hardware specifications (RAM, disk size, CPU), IP address, advertising identifiers, language settings, mobile carrier, network type (Wi-Fi/LTE/3G), and general geographic data (e.g., city or region).
  • Digital Interaction Data: Pages/screens viewed, time spent on each, referral website (the site you visited before the Service), navigation paths, access times, and engagement with emails (e.g., opens, link clicks).
  • Communication Engagement Data: For emails or text messages we send, we use pixel tags (clear GIFs) to track whether messages are opened or forwarded.

2. Tracking Technologies & Data Processing

2.1 Cookies & Similar Tools

The automatic data collection described above uses cookies, web beacons, and AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbot software from third-party AI partners). These technologies help operate features like prompt input, chat interactions, and personalized navigation. Our third-party AI partners may access limited data (e.g., webpage visits, IP address, general location) to support these features.

For details on how to manage cookie preferences, see Section 6.3 and our Cookie Policy.

2.2 Cloud Browser Data

With your explicit consent, our Cloud Browser feature encrypts and stores cookies/local storage to maintain login status across sessions or devices for a set period. You can view or delete this data at any time via the Service’s "Settings" menu.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Enforce the terms of service governing the Service.

3.6 Aggregated/Anonymized Data Creation

We may convert personal information into aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data (by removing all identifying details). This data is used for lawful business purposes (e.g., sharing with partners to analyze industry trends) and does not identify any individual.

3.7 Additional Uses

For any uses not listed above, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal information.

4.3 Third-Party AI Service Partners

External AI providers that power core Service features (e.g., chat processing, prompt analysis). These partners receive only the data necessary to fulfill their role and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4.4 Payment Processors

Payment card information is collected and processed directly by providers like Stripe and Metronome (if applicable). These processors use your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

4.5 Your Designated Third Parties

We share data with third parties if you explicitly instruct us to (e.g., sharing project files with a collaborator).

4.6 Linked Third-Party Services

If you log in or link your account to a social media/third-party platform (e.g., Google, Apple), we may share limited data with that platform. The third party’s use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy and your account settings.

4.7 Professional Advisors

Lawyers, auditors, bankers, or insurers—only to the extent necessary for them to provide professional services to us.

4.8 Authorities & Third Parties

We disclose data to law enforcement, government agencies, or private parties if we believe it is necessary to:

In the event of a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale of assets), we may share personal information with prospective buyers or their advisors. This data is treated as a business asset and transferred only with appropriate safeguards.

4.10 Other Users & the Public

If you choose to make content public (e.g., sharing a project via the Service’s "Public" feature) or join a team, that content may be visible to other users or the public. Third parties may cache, copy, or store this content (e.g., search engines), and we are not responsible for such use.

5. Retention of Personal Information

  • Fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., maintaining your account while you use the Service).
  • Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
  • Establish or defend legal claims.
  • Prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.

To determine retention periods, we consider factors like the sensitivity of the data, the risk of harm from unauthorized disclosure, and applicable laws. Once data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

6. Your Rights & Choices

6.1 Access or Update Your Information

If you have a registered account, log in to view or edit your profile data (e.g., contact details, preferences) via the "Account Settings" page.

6.2 Opt Out of Marketing Communications

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the message.
  • Adjust marketing preferences (e.g., frequency of updates) via the "Marketing Preferences" tab in your account settings.
  • Note: You may still receive non-marketing communications (e.g., service alerts, billing notices) after opting out.

6.3 Manage Cookies

See our Cookie Policy for details on how to enable, disable, or delete cookies through your browser or device settings.

6.4 Block Tracking Technologies

Most browsers/devices let you prevent images (including pixel tags) from loading. Follow your browser’s settings instructions to enable this feature.

Our Service currently does not respond to DNT signals sent by browsers. For more information about DNT, visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

6.6 Decline to Provide Information

Some personal information is required to use the Service (e.g., email for account creation). If you refuse to provide mandatory data, we may not be able to offer the Service.

6.7 Manage Linked Third-Party Platforms

If you linked a third-party account (e.g., Google), use that platform’s settings to limit the data we receive. Revoking access will not delete data we already collected from the platform.

6.8 Delete Content or Close Your Account

  • Delete specific content (e.g., prompts, files) via the "My Content" section of your account.
  • To close your account, contact us at the email provided in Section 12. We will delete your personal information (unless required by law to retain it).

7. Third-Party Sites & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or online services. We also may integrate our content into non-affiliated platforms. These links/integrations do not constitute an endorsement of the third party, and we have no control over their operations. We are not responsible for third parties’ privacy practices—always review their privacy policies before using their services.

8. Security of Personal Information

We implement technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information (e.g., encryption, access controls, regular security audits). However, no online or email transmission is 100% secure. You submit information at your own risk, and we are not liable for unauthorized access to or disclosure of data due to circumvention of our security measures.

9. International Data Transfers

Our headquarters is in Singapore, and our service providers may operate in other countries (e.g., the U.S., Australia, Japan). Your personal information may be transferred to regions where privacy laws are less protective than in your jurisdiction. We ensure these transfers comply with applicable laws (see Section 13 for regional-specific safeguards).

  • We will notify registered users via email, in-app alerts, or other appropriate channels.
  • Depending on the change, we may request your consent before it takes effect.

Modified policies take effect immediately upon posting (or as specified in the notice). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
